Sure-Strike 30 day money back guarantee. The Sure-Strike comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you purchased your Sure-Strike from us, a locksmith or an authorized dealer and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. To qualify for a refund, simply comply with the following: (1) return the Product to WMW Innovation Company at the address listed below, postage prepaid, (2) include the original purchase receipt stating the purchase date and purchase amount, (3) make sure the Product is free from damage, alteration, abuse or misuse, and (4) provide us your name and mailing address.
The double your money back guarantee. If your Sure-Strike reinforced door gets kicked in (not likely!), we’ll pay you double your money back. If you purchased your Sure-Strike from us, a locksmith or an authorized dealer and your Sure-Strike reinforced door gets kicked in, you are entitled to a refund of twice the purchase price you paid for the Sure-Strike.1 To qualify for the double your money back refund, simply comply with the following: (1) return the Product to WMW Innovation Company at the address listed below, postage prepaid, (2) include the original purchase receipt stating the purchase date and purchase amount, (3) include a copy of the police report related to the kick in, (4) include a photograph (hard copy or electronic copy) of the damaged doorjamb and frame, and (5) provide us your name, mailing address, and Return Material Authorization Number, which may be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
One-year limited mechanical warranty. Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, WMW Innovation Company extends from the original date of purchase a one-year limited mechanical warranty to the original consumer user (“Original User”) of our Sure-Strike™ product (“Product(s)”) against defects in material and workmanship as long as the Original User occupies the residential premises, including apartments and dormitories, or commercial location upon which the Product was originally installed.
What WMW Innovation Company will do. Upon return of the defective Product to WMW Innovation Company, WMW Innovation Company’s sole obligation, at its option, is to either repair or replace the Product or refund the purchase price in exchange for the Product.
Original user. This Warranty only applies to the Original User of Products. This Warranty is not transferable.
What is not covered. The following costs, expenses and damages are not covered by the provisions of this limited warranty: (i) labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs for the removal and reinstallation of Products; (ii) shipping and freight expenses required to return Products to WMW Innovation Company; and (iii) any other incidental, consequential, indirect, special and/or punitive damages, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including, but not limited to, strict liability or negligence), patent infringement, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
The provisions of the Warranty do not apply to Products: (i) used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended; (ii) which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence or accident; (iii) which have been improperly stored, installed, maintained or operated; (iv) which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by WMW Innovation Company; (v) which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions; (vi) which, based on WMW Innovation Company’s examination, do not disclose to WMW Innovation Company’s satisfaction non-conformance to the Warranty; (vii) which have been damaged by acts of nature; or (viii) which have undergone normal wear and tear. Additionally, the one-year limited warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvent or other chemicals.
Additional terms. WMW Innovation Company does not authorize any person to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with the Products. WMW Innovation Company’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the Product. No action arising out of a claimed breach of this warranty by WMW Innovation Company may be brought by the Original User more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen.
How Providence Law applies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Should the Product be considered a consumer product as may be covered by the Magnusson Moss Federal Warranty Act, please be advised that: (1) some states do not allow limitations or incidental consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts so that the above limitations may not fully apply; and (2) this warranty gives specific legal rights and a user may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights as otherwise permitted by law. If this product is considered a consumer product, please be advised that some local laws do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so that the above limitations may not fully apply. Refer to your local laws for your specific rights under this warranty.
Program & warranty claims. The Sure-Strike is designed to fit standard residential door preparations, including apartments and dormitories, and certain commercial door preparations. If you encounter a non-standard residential door preparation or fit issue, or if you have questions regarding a commercial door preparation or fit issue, please contact the locksmith who installed the Sure-Strike. In order to receive warranty repair, replacement, or refund, the Original User must return the defective Product along with a copy of the purchase receipt and a Return Material Authorization Number, which may be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
